今も芸能界で活躍している浅香唯さん。同じく80年代後半から90年代に大ブレイクした有名男性アイドルグループの全員が浅香さんを好きだったとか？そのグループとは？

芸能界入りのきっかけ★赤いラジカセ秘話
1984年、「少女コミック」主催の「ザ・スカウトオーディション’84」に応募。同誌に連載されていた漫画「シューティングスター」（作：大山和栄）のヒロインの名を冠した“浅香唯賞”（グランプリ）を受賞。これにより、芸名が「浅香唯」となる。
浅香唯賞と最初から芸名が決まっていたのですね
芸能界に興味がなかった？！
オーディションを受けようと思った理由は、受賞者に贈られる副賞″赤いステレオ″が欲しいだけだったそうです。
審査員を務めた漫画の作者は「『浅香唯』はこの子しかいない」と、一目見た瞬間から決めたという。浅香はステレオとグアム旅行を手にするという目的を果たし、これで終わるはずだったが、数々の芸能プロダクションから次々とスカウトの電話が来る。
このオーディションは浅香唯さんが断トツだったということがわかりますね。でも全く芸能界に興味がなかった浅香さんはこの後どうしたのでしょうか？
興味のなかった芸能界へ
1985年3月、中学卒業と同時に上京した翌日からTBSの生放送番組「EXPOスクランブル」にレギュラー・アシスタントとして出演する。同年6月21日、シングル「夏少女」で歌手デビュー。キャッチフレーズは″フェニックスから来た少女″
約1年半の間にシングル5枚、アルバム1枚を発売するも、5枚目のシングル「10月のクリスマス」がオリコンチャート88位にランキングされた以外は、他のシングル・アルバムは100位以内にランキングされなかった。
芸能界に興味がなかった浅香さんでしたが数々の芸能プロダクションから電話があり猛烈なアプローチがあったのでしょうね。しかしそんな浅香さんでもこんな下積み時代があったのですね
そして大ブレイク！！
1986年10月、フジテレビ系連続ドラマ「スケバン刑事Ⅲ少女忍法帖伝奇」に、主役の3代目麻宮サキ役で出演を果たした。
1987年1月発売の「STAR」が同ドラマの主題歌に起用され、オリコン9位にランクインする。以降、TBS系「ザ・ベストテン」、日本テレビ系「歌のトップテン」、フジテレビ系「夜のヒットスタジオ」、テレビ朝日系「ミュージックステーション」等、多数の音楽番組に出演する。同年発売の「虹色のDreamer」で初のオリコンチャート1位を獲得
「スケバン刑事Ⅲ」は当初半年間の予定であったが、1年間放送された
スケバン刑事当時大流行でしたね。ドラマで使用されていた″ヨーヨー″も飛ぶように売れたそうです。
風間三姉妹（長女：大西結花、次女：中村由真：三女：浅香唯）として発売したシングル「Remember」でもオリコン1位を獲得。
1988年、映画「スケバン刑事 風間三姉妹の逆襲」も上映された
浅香唯として、そして風間三姉妹としても活躍されて1位を獲得するなんてやっぱりすごいことですよね。当時歌番組に三人で出演する際には毎回セーラー服でした。
懸賞、お小遣いのことなら懸賞にゃんダフル
スケバン刑事終了後も大活躍
カネボウ化粧品のCMのキャンペーンソングにシングル「C-Girl」がタイアップされ大ヒット。
続く「セシル」はノー・タイアップながら、オリコン1位、「歌のトップテン」でも1位を飾る。
各メディアからは「ポスト松田聖子」、さらに中山美穂、工藤静香、南野陽子と共に「アイドル四天王」と称され、日本一忙しいアイドルと言われた
スケバン刑事終了後もその人気は途絶えることなく続いていました。「C-Girl」の振り付けはみんなよく真似をしていました
あの有名アイドルグループのメンバー全員が”浅香唯”のことを好きだった？！
元光GENJIの諸星和己さんが以前出演された番組でアイドル時代の秘話を明かしていました
１９８７年のデビューから爆発的な人気を獲得した光ＧＥＮＪＩ。当時、メンバーの中で最も人気があった女性アイドルが浅香唯だったという。諸星は「唯は人気ありました」と告白した上で「彼女だけはみんな決めてたんです。しゃべっちゃダメだって。みんな好きなんで。メンバーで声をかけちゃいけないって決めてた。みんなのアイドルだって」とメンバー間で声をかけてはいけない約束を決めていたという。それほど、浅香のことは当時、メンバー全員が好きだったことを明かしていた。
同じ時期に大ブレイクしていたあの光GENJIのメンバー全員に好かれていたとはすごいですね。きっと他の人が持っていない個性的な魅力があったのでしょうね
アイドルから本格派アーティストへ
1990年、女優活動を休止し、音楽活動に専念すると発表する
CD制作においては企画段階から浅香自身が携わるようになると同時に、テレビ出演は減り、CD製作やライブハウスでの音楽活動が中心になる。
活動を休止、そして結婚
旦那は誰？
1988年のコンサートでバックバンドの一員だったドラマーの西川貴博（THE KIDS）との交際が発覚し、写真週刊誌に掲載され「お付き合いしています」と交際宣言をした。
当時事務所は釈明会見をさせたかったようですが浅香さんが何か勘違いして正直に話してしまったとテレビ番組で言っていました
そして2002年7月21日に入籍しました。交際期間はなんと14年
これぞまさに純愛ですね。とてもお似合いの二人です
子供はいる？
2007年9月12日、長女（陽舞莉：ひまり）を出産したことを公式ホームページにて発表した
娘の陽舞莉ちゃんですが度々テレビにも出演されているようです。将来ママと同じ道を歩むのでしょうか？今後に期待したいと思います。
