子役の頃から数々のドラマに引っ張りだこでしたね
「小川範子」と改名した直後に出演した「スタンドバイミー～気まぐれ白書～」で反抗期の少女役を見事に演じていました。このドラマは記憶にありますが志穂美悦子さんのバイクの後ろに乗せてもらう時が一番幸せだったようでバイクの後ろで嬉しそうに笑う小川さんが印象に残っています。
その他にもたくさん出演している小川さんですが印象深いのは「3年B組金八先生スペシャル6新・十五歳の母」で妊娠する中学生役で出演していたことです。タイトルが「新」となっているのはやはり前作で同じく杉田かおるさんがこの役をやって話題になっていたからだと思います。
長寿番組のレギュラーにも
1988年、テレビ朝日「はぐれ刑事純情派」で主人公の安浦刑事の娘ユカ役として出演。以降、2009年まで続く長寿番組となる同作でレギュラー出演を続ける

2005年、7月1日、TBS社員で「スタンドバイミー」制作に関わり交流のあった22歳年上の演出家吉田秋生と結婚
ご結婚されたのですね。おめでとうございます！しかも旦那さんとの出会いは「スタンドバイミー」に出演されていた時だなんて純愛ですね。2005年ということは小川さん当時32歳旦那さん54歳ですよね。素敵です
お子さんはいらっしゃらないようです。芸能活動は引退ではなく、減少ということなので少なからずまだお仕事は続けているようですね。
